My practice for this month:
Once a week (on Shabbat)
At least 2.5 hours of any of the following activities;
Every morning
- 5min of asana practices
- 5min of pranayama practices
- 5min of heart focused meditation such as chakra shuddhi or Metta Practice
A few times a week
- Cardiovascular exercise (jogging)
Once a week (on Shabbat)
At least 2.5 hours of any of the following activities;
- Forgiveness exercises
- Compassion meditation
- Journaling
- Psychology to process past hurts
- Random acts of kindness
