Starting small: my weekly practice

My practice for this month:

 

Every morning

 

A few times a week 

  • Cardiovascular exercise (jogging)

Once a week (on Shabbat)  

At least 2.5 hours of any of the following activities;
  • Forgiveness exercises
  • Compassion meditation
  • Journaling 
  • Psychology to process past hurts
  • Random acts of kindness
